The path of the Daśa Mahāvidyā is approached through Divyācāra. Divya means Divine, and ācāra refers to conduct or way of life. Divyācāra, then, is a way of living where one’s actions, attitudes, and inner movement are guided by divine awareness and aligned with the sacred.
In this approach, the Daśa Mahāvidyās are invoked only as Mother Goddess. They are not approached as abstract principles, nor as
powers to be summoned at will.
They are met as Mother and the purest worship of the Mother can arise only from the position of a child with openness and surrender. She is approached with reverence and devotion, and whatever unfolds is received as grace.
The Mahāvidyās reflect the deeper movements of both mind and universe, revealing what is usually concealed by ordinary perception. Their presence can inspire, and at times unsettle, for they reflect the fullness of existence itself. They do not conform to comfort. They reveal what is already present. For those who turn toward them, each encounter becomes a teaching—each form a guide toward a deeper understanding.
